Learn to draw without using lines! In this charcoal drawing workshop Christopher will teach participants subtracting drawing, massing and other methods of drawing with shapes of light and dark instead of lines. Using three of your own photographs, you will learn how to draw a portrait in charcoal.
Christopher studied at the well-known Savannah College of Art & Design in the USA where he lived and worked as a graphic designer before returning to his first love, fine art. He is also an experienced art teacher and has recently moved to Hermanus.
All levels of skills are welcome. A list of materials will be sent to all participants.
