Refunds and Returns Policy


Artwork

We offer a full guarantee on all original artworks. If your artwork is damaged in shipping, please email us a photo of the damage within one week of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, contact us and we will make it right. In many years of selling art, we have never had an artwork returned, but anything can happen.

Fine Art Prints

Our fine art prints are printed and shipped through Pixels.com. They have their own return policy and will refund or replace any item you are not satisfied with. Since payment for prints is done handled by them, please contact them directly. If you need any help with this, please email us.

eBooks

Because of the nature of digital media, we cannot offer any refunds for eBooks that were successfully downloaded. If you are unable to download or open your eBook, please contact us for assistance or a full refund.

Books

If a book arrives with any defects, please contact us within 30 days and we will replace it free of charge. Email us a photo of the defects and your invoice.

Delays

Nobody can predict natural disasters, pandemics, or labor strikes at shipping companies. We do our best to get your purchase to you as fast as possible. We provide tracking numbers for orders when possible. If your order has not arrived within a few days of the expected delivery date, please email us and we will help figure it out.

Refunds

Where applicable, refunds will be issued in the manner that the order was paid for. If not, we will work with you to find a suitable payment method to refund your money.

Returns & Exchanges

To return your order, you should email us before shipping it so that we can provide the easiest method of return and provide you with the proper shipping address. If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs for exchanges may be free for you, but will be determined on a case by case basis.

Sale Items

Items purchased at a discounted price that are eligible for a refund will be refunded for the sale price, not the regular price. Original artworks are never sold at discount.
