Christopher Reid will be teaching a plein air painting workshop at Bright Day Studios in Woodstock on February 23rd. Chris is well-known for his plein air paintings and hopes to share his love of painting outdoors with artists of all skill levels.
Plein air painting is the largest art movement in history. First made popular by the French Impressionists, it is rapidly gaining momentum in South Africa with the help of several artists like Chris. Find out how thrilling it can be to paint quickly directly from life in a changing environment.
