ReidsArt Studio hosts life drawing sessions roughly once a month. Chris is working to get a variety of experienced life models to come to Hermanus to provide better opportunities for local artists.
Most sessions are on Saturday mornings from 9-noon. Artists share the costs of the model. Sessions typically include a mix of 30 second gestures, 2 minute poses, 10 minute poses and 1 or 2 much longer poses. Artists are welcome to paint or draw in any medium they wish. Easels and tables are provided.
