Internationally renowned artist Christopher Reid will be demonstrating his use of Pastelmat papers using Schmincke soft pastels at the Deckle Edge, Cape Town on 26th August 2022. There will be a morning demo from 9:30 until 12:00 and an afternoon session from 13:30 until 15:00.
Kicking off his book tour for his new book, "Pastel Painting: The comprehensive guide to soft pastels", advance copies will be available and Chris will be answering questions and signing books.
Chris has been painting for over 30 years and has won over 500 international art awards, with many of them for his pastel artworks. Don't miss this opportunity to learn from a master pastelist.
